The Rules shall apply if the customer uses, used or expressed a desire to use the services provided by InvoiceBox or is otherwise related to the services provided by InvoiceBox. In addition, the rules shall apply in the event of customer relations that arose until the entry into force of these Rules.
Customer – any individual or legal entity that uses, used or expressed a desire to use the services provided by InvoiceBox or is otherwise related to such services.
Customer data – any information that is known to InvoiceBox on the Customer or its representative.
Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to the Customer who is an individual.
Processing – any action performed with the Customer Data (including the collection, recording, storage, change, provision of access, performance of requests, transfer, etc.).

1.2. Within the framework of applicable regulatory acts, InvoiceBox ensures the confidentiality of Customer Data and applies corresponding technical and organisational safeguards on the protection of Customer Data from unauthorised access, illegal Processing or disclosure, accidental loss, change or destruction.
1.3. In the case of Customer Data Processing, InvoiceBox may use competent data operators. In these instances InvoiceBox shall take the necessary measures to ensure Customer Data Processing by similar operators in accordance with the instructions of InvoiceBox and applicable regulatory acts, and also demand that the operators apply corresponding security measures.

5.1. For the general management of customer relations, the provision and administration of access to products and services.
Invoice Box uses the collected information to provide, personalize, support and improve the quality of our services.
