8.1. The Organization processes personal data during the entire term of the contractual relationship with the personal data subject and/or until the completion of the full cycle of delivery and shipment of goods and/or the provision of services to the Organization and/or completion of the claim (reclamation) processing (satisfaction/refusal).
8.2. Processing time of personal data of the Organization’s customers can be extended if the customer is a participant of the loyalty program - for the duration of his participation in the loyalty program or the validity period of the loyalty program, as well as if the User has created an application for creating an account (personal account) until the withdrawal of the consent to the processing of personal data.
8.3. The subject may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data. The withdrawal by the subject of consent to the processing of personal data does not deprive the Organization of the right to process his personal data for the purposes provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
